Consultation Waitlist

Effective March 1, 2023,

Thank you for considering Larbi Legal for your veteran’s benefit appeal needs.  It is truly an honor that you would consider my firm to represent you.  At this time, my firm’s caseload is at maximum capacity due in large part to the burgeoning backlog of veteran appeals awaiting issuance of a decision.  While I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your claim history and how my firm might assist you with an appeal, because of the firm’s existing caseload, I have made the very tough decision to implement a moratorium on accepting new clients for veterans benefit appeals before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”), Board of Veterans Appeals (“Board”) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (“CAVC”).  I anticipate that At the present time, I have no definitive deadline as to when this moratorium will get lifted.

It was a very tough decision to implement a moratorium on consulting with veterans and welcoming new clients, however, when taking on a veteran as a client I do not want to give less than my maximum efforts and best representation throughout the appeals process.  It saddens me to decline consulting with such deserving veterans and their families at this time.   While I do not presently have a date certain when the moratorium will be lifted, once a set number of our existing clients receive decisions on their current appeals the firm’s existing workload will return to a level which will permit us to resume accepting new clients.  If you would like to be notified when my firm resumes consulting with veterans and their families, please enter your information into the form below to get added to our wait list.

In the interim, you may also refer to the VA Office of General Counsel’s directory of accredited attorneys, claims agents and VSOs
which is located
here.  Again, I regret that I’m unable to consult with you at this time but wish you all the best in locating a suitable attorney for representation with your veterans benefit claim.
